SVG versus PNG
It’s not always best to use SVGs for icons as I recently found out, sometimes PNGs are better.
Had my laptop stolen a few weeks back which has made being a web designer pretty difficult, actually it’s made it completely impossible. Fortunately I was insured and have a shiny new computer and am able to work again. On top of that the sun is shining, the Tour de France starts tomorrow and my computer back up worked a treat. After a difficult few weeks I’m feeling positive again.
The Colour of May
The Giro d’Itlia cycle race begins today so in honour of the event I’ve decided to paint my website pink, the colour of May.
So Mozilla have just launched Firefox version 35. That means that since March 2011 there have been 30 new versions of Firefox compared with 2 new versions of Internet Explorer.
That’s it, after ten fantastic years at Ehaus today is my final day. It’s been both a pleasure and a privilege to work on some fantastic projects with a great team of people over that time. Here’s to a great future for all of us…
